Two new Partners at Brabners

Leading North West law firm Brabners has announced the appointment of two new Partners – Lachlan Nisbet and Robert Turner.
 

Lachlan Nisbet has a wealth of experience in litigation and regulatory matters together with specialist expertise in health and safety, public and administrative law, criminal and disciplinary law, and firearms and field-sports law, including licensing and trading standards. Lachlan’s previous experience extends to prosecution work for a variety of public bodies, including the Health & Safety Executive. He has acted for military witness in the Baha Mousa Public Inquiry and the Al-Sweady Public Inquiry. He has joined the firm from Hill Dickinson, where he was a Partner.

Corporate recovery and insolvency specialist Robert Turner has over ten years experience in the restructuring field and his expertise includes dealing with non contentious and contentious insolvency and acting for administrators, trustees in bankruptcy and other insolvency practitioners as well as banks, asset based lenders and other financial institutions. He also has expertise in advising company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders of non-performing businesses. He was formerly a Partner at EOS Law, before which he was at Cobbetts.
