Sarah is an experienced property litigator who specialises in commercial and mixed-use property dispute resolution. She advises on a variety of property litigation issues including forfeiture, commercial service charge disputes, dilapidations, possession claims, break notices, recovering rent and service charge arrears, boundary disputes, rights of way, trespass and nuisance claims.
She acts for a wide variety of clients including landlords and tenants.
Sarah has practised for over a decade, and is known for her commercial and pragmatic approach. She worked at a global legal services provider before joining our firm.
Sarah joined us in 2022 and is based in our Liverpool office.
