From Monday 30th June 2014 the right to request flexible working (which includes home and part-time working, flexitime, compressed hours and job sharing) was extended to all employees with over 26 weeks’ service. Therefore, the majority of your staff will have the right to request to work flexibly and the predictions are that many employees will take up that right.
