Working time issues can be complicated. Our session will address some frequently asked questions including:

  • How should we deal with holidays for those who are absent due to long-term ill health?
  • What should be included in the calculation of holiday pay?
  • How should we deal with public and bank holidays for part time workers?
  • What amounts to “working time” for peripatetic workers?
  • What are our obligations in respect of the 48 hour per week limit for workers who also work for other employers?

As always with our training sessions, interactive and engaging case studies will be used which encourage group discussion and the sharing of know-how between delegates which will enhance the overall learning experience.

If you work in HR, or are a line manager or supervisor with responsibility for employees who are exercising their family friendly rights then this course is essential for you.

You can attend this training session for the competitive price of £100 plus VAT per person. Bookings will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Please be quick to book your place as space on the session is limited.  To reserve your place, please complete our online booking form.

The course will be delivered by two of our specialist employment lawyers and trainers, Nick Campbell and Susan McKenzie
